We cannot and do not guarantee the acceptance of your URL by any of the engines that we submit to. The information you provide is submitted to the engines without prejudice. Your URL may or may not be added at the engines' owner's/operator's sole discretion.
Our Paid Membership service offers its members enhanced features such as SuperSubmit, Queueing options, Time Out control settings, Site Selector, Custom Group Manager, detailed submission logs and no advertising throughout the site while signed in or during the submission process. We do not and cannot guarantee the elimination of pop-up adverts that are sometimes generated by the engines we submit to. Although we take great care in maintaining a "pop-up free" list by removing the engines that create pop-ups, these pop-ups are out of our control.

Some engines will, as a result of submitting your site, add your e-mail address to their contact list and send you confirmation e-mails. These e-mails are not generated by us! Since the service is real-time, while-you-wait, once a site has been submitted, we have no mechanism to stop these confirmation e-mails from being sent to the e-mail address you've provided in the submission. To unsubscribe from these lists, just follow the instructions in the e-mails themselves.
We do not keep submitted e-mail addresses on file. However, we do reserve the right to send you information about new releases, products or services at the e-mail address we have on file in your account. Your privacy is very important to us, that is why we will never resell or publish your account information.
As an affiliate of this site, you will not engage in any form of spamming while trying to recruit users under your account. You are allowed to send any kind of traffic back to our site using any of the links we provide on our Referral Center page as long you promote them responsibly. Any user caught spamming or breaking any rules will have their account terminated and any Referral Bonuses accrued forfeited. We have a strict, zero-tolerance policy against spamming. Just don't do it!
Paid Member Referral Bonuses are paid about 30 days following the end of each month. Paid Member Referral Bonuses are paid every month as long as your account balance is $20.00 or more. If you haven't accumulated $20.00 in a month, it will be rolled over to the next month's payment schedule, until you reach $20.00 or more. However, if you select payment through PayPal.com, there is no minimum (unless you specify one) and your balance will be paid out to you every month. Users may not sign up for a new account under their own membership account in order to get a Paid Member Referral Bonus. Residual Income is calculated on the 28th of every month and is based on the referred accounts' statuses at that time.
